Our location is ideal for both overnight guests and for those wishing to stay awhile and explore the area. We are located right off the Pictou rotary, beside Sobeys, Tim Horton’s and a liquor store, right beside the Pictou Legion. We are the closest motel to the PEI ferry, making us the perfect stop-over for your trip to and from Prince Edward Island. We are a mere 12 minute drive to New Glasgow for those seeking a room close to the Pictou County Wellness Center without the price-tag of the large chains.
Whether you are simply seeking affordable accommodation in Pictou, or would like an extended stay while you tour the Cabot Trail, our motel provides clean and tidy accommodations, some with two bedrooms and some with kitchens or kitchenettes. We also have a large Jaccuzzi suite and several higher end rooms, for those looking for something more. Our winterized 600 square foot two bedroom cottage, complete with living room and full kitchen will please even the most demanding consumer. All our rooms include free Wi-Fi, and our kitchenette rooms come complete with a Keurig coffee maker.
In order for us to accommodate everyone it is important that we receive any requests for cancellation 24 hours in advance (by noon the day before your scheduled arrival day). If for whatever reason you fail to notify us of your change in plans within the allotted time, we will charge the cost of your entire stay to your credit card.
Pet Policy
Small dogs are allowed in our cottages. Our motel rooms are pet free.
We charge $20 per pet to max of one medium sized dog, and two small dogs.
Smoking Policy
All our rooms and cottages are non-smoking. Should you decide to smoke outside, please ensure your door and windows are closed and smoke does not enter the room.
Failure to respect this policy will result in a $250 dollar cleaning charge being placed on your room.
Credit Card Policy
Rooms must be booked with a valid Visa or Mastercard, but may be paid for by cash or debit upon check-in. All cards will be tested for validity and should your card not allow adequate charges, your room will be cancelled.
